BBSEF Travel Camps
This is a non- refundable registration
Mountain Bike Gravity Team
MOUNTAIN BIKE TEAM REFUND POLICY BBSEF programs operate in dynamic outdoor environments. Training schedules, number of training days, locations, and conditions are not guaranteed and may be modified, canceled, or rescheduled due to weather, snow conditions, mountain operations, safety considerations, or other factors beyond BBSEF’s control. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed, canceled, or modified training sessions. Refunds of BBSEF Program fees will only be granted for the following reasons and at the following rates: Refunds will only be granted for: Illness or injury that will prevent a competitor from training for the remainder of the season or a significant portion thereof. A doctor's statement is required for a refund to be granted. Moving from the region thus preventing participation in the program. Prior to April 30 …………..75% refund May 1-May 30…………..50% refund No Refunds after June 1 NOTE: New participants will receive a full refund of coaching fees if their ability limits their participation in the program. Coaches will decide if a child is not eligible on the first day of practice. Licensing fees are not refundable. Optional registration insurance may be offered through a third-party provider at the time of registration. This coverage is not administered by BBSEF, and BBSEF makes no representations regarding coverage, claims, or reimbursement. Any claims or questions related to such insurance must be directed to the insurance provider. The undersigned acknowledges having carefully read and understood this Refund Policy and agrees to its terms voluntarily. Electronic acknowledgment, including checking an agreement box or completing registration, constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the Idaho Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the federal E-SIGN Act.
Alpine Home Teams
Registration Deposits are not Refundable. Refunds of BBSEF Program fees are given only for the following reasons at the following rates. Refunds will only be granted for: • Illness or injury that will prevent a competitor from training for the remainder of the season, or a significant portion thereof. A doctor's statement is required for a refund to be granted. • Moving from the region thus preventing participation in the program.
