Additional Expenses & Requirements

  • A Bogus Basin Season Pass is required and is not included in team fees.
  • Licensing is required for participation in Big Mountain competitions and is not included in team fees. Big Mountain licensing is completed through IFSA (International Freeskiers Association).
  • An additional coaching travel fee applies to each event and is not included in team fees. Trip/coach fees cover the cost of coaches' lodging, transportation, and per diems associated with the specific event and are due before each event. Cancellations made less than 5 days before an event (after invoicing) are still responsible for the associated coaching fees.

Travel/Competitions Costs

Each competition, camp, and training trip has a separate cost in addition to tuition/team fees. Trip fees are due prior to each event. Cancellations made less than 5 days before an event (after invoicing) are still responsible for associated trip and coach fees.

Athlete travel is typically arranged by parents or guardians. The team often arrives a day early to allow time for venue inspection and familiarization.

U19 athletes may opt, during registration, to pay an additional fee for team travel with coaches. In these cases, coaches will coordinate transportation and lodging arrangements for competitions. Coaches will arrange travel accommodations for these athletes.
