The BBSEF Big Mountain Team is for athletes age classes U12 and older who are passionate about competing in a big mountain focused environment. This program’s primary focus is to create a training and competition atmosphere that is challenging, and relevant to the current and future potential of the athlete. Athletes will work on ski fundamentals and technique, in steeps, trees, moguls, groomers, crud, powder, and race courses as well as tactics and competition planning for upcoming events. Additionally, athletes and coaches will utilize video analysis and use video to build an online presence.

ABILITY

Skiers must be comfortable skiing all of Bogus Basin, including the terrain parks. Athletes must be able to link consistent turns on a variety of terrain and in a variety of snow conditions.
